To try this, start by massaging yourself to about 80% erection and lube all over, then grasp the base of your penis with one hand (I use my first finger and thumb in a circle around the shaft, near my balls). For me, I saw permanent results of about half an inch after doing this one exercise every day for four weeks, but if you combine it with some other specific stretches and advanced stretching techniques, you’ll see more dramatic results.
It does not require a few hours of your time every day. It doesn’t take six months or more. It does not require complicated equipment, pumps or pulleys. And that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t do anything that hurts or irritates your penis.
